License

1. Grant of License

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between Simplified Courses, the Licensor, and you, the Licensee. The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software entitled Influencer ("Software") solely for personal or internal business purposes. This license allows the integration of the Software into the Licensee's own projects or projects for their clients.

2. Restrictions

The Licensee shall not:

Open-source, redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Software.
Use the Software in any manner that competes with the Licensor's business.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the Software.

3. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.

5. Termination of License

This Agreement shall automatically terminate if the Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Licensee must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.

6. General Terms

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Belgium. Any claim or dispute between the Licensor and the Licensee that arises in whole or in part from the Software shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction nearest to the Licensor's place of business.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, concerning the subject matter hereof.
